Hilton Hotels & Resorts: French Restaurant Concepts
Debuting restaurant concepts within their resort network, Hilton approached us to create the identity for an energetic Parisian brasserie. An atmosphere deserving to be revisited time and again, this restaurant would capture the glamour and luxury of French cuisine and culture.
Named āMa Choupetteā (meaning āmy cutieā), I created three distinct concepts that each capture a different essence of French culture. One inspired by chic French simplicity, bold stripes, and red lipstick; one by 1920ās Parisian glamour and art deco-inspired motifs; one telling the story of āMa Choupette,ā a vivacious, Moulin Rouge-esque cabaret star.
While none of these made the final cut, it proved an exciting exercise in storytelling and brand identity. (And, as a devout foodie, was a true dream project!)
